Second and last open qualifiers are now over. We know the 2 teams that came out on top of all participants and will now compete in the European Development Championship Season 4 Wildcards. It is an opportunity to attend the main championship with a 30.000 $ prize pool.
First qualifying tournament was held on May 15-16th. The whole thing was won by team FATE, which as an organization have already participated in the European Development Championship during the first season. This time, with a refreshed roster they will try to do better and get the slot in the main event.
Second open qualifiers took place on May 22-23rd. Save’s Esports won the grand final against “touch the crown” with a 2:1 result, securing their spot in the Wildcard stage. The competition starts on May 27th and will last for 4 days. Two best teams from that phase will proceed further to the main event, which is scheduled to start on June 9th. As previously, the winning team will get $17,500 and a bootcamp in Malta as a prize.
