The first season of the European Development Championship will kick off on December 7, with sixteen teams participating. Teams will compete for a prize pool of $ 30,000.
In the main phase of the first season of the European Development Championship, we will see sixteen teams, which will be divided into four groups. Two days will be devoted to each of the team, and the matches will be played according to the GSL rules, with the opening matches being best-of-one and the rest being best-of-three. A total of eight teams will advance to the playoffs, which will be played according to the single-elimination bracket. The final is scheduled for December 20.
