Eden Esports and Fantasyexpo are happy to announce that the third season of the European Development Championship is ahead of us. The teams will once again fight for a $30.000 prize pool.
The first two seasons provided a lot of emotions and great matches. The inaugural tournament was a very successful one, and the second season turned out to be even better. Now it is time for a third edition, where teams from all over Europe will compete and try to prove that they are the best out of all participants.
The main event is scheduled for April 5th, but the qualifiers will be held much earlier. The first open qualifiers will take place from March 13 to 14, and the second one will be organized one week later. The full schedule looks as follows:
- Qualifier #1 – 13-14 March 2021
- Qualifier #2 – 20-21 March 2021
- Wildcard – 25-28 March 2021
- Main Championship – 5-17 April 2021
- Finals – 29 April – 2 May 2021
As a result of cooperation with GamingMalta, one of the participants will be picked after Malta National League, because it’s winner goes straight to the Wildcard stage. The tournament is scheduled for March 19-20.
The games will be broadcasted in many languages – english on the main channel and other languages on the partner’s channels.
