The Wildcard tournament will kick off on July 15th and will last for 4 days. Two best teams will proceed to the main event with a $30.000 prize pool and a bootcamp at Malta for the winner.
Fifth season of the EDC started with 2 open qualifier tournaments, where 2 teams secured their spot in the closed qualifiers. AURA and DOGS managed to win all of their matches and completed the list of the Wildcard stage participants.

The group stage of the main event will start after the summer break – on August 18th and the grand final is scheduled for September 5th.

The main partner of the EDC tournament is the GamingMalta foundation. As a result of this cooperation, on July 10-11th, another edition of the Malta National League was held, and it selected one team from this region that could take part in EDC Wildcard. In addition, the games are supported by partners: VisitMalta, Pari Match, HellCase and GRID. The event will be broadcast in multiple languages - English on the main channel and other languages on our partners’ channels.
